K, SO YOU DON`T WANNA PERM IT? HMMM...HOW ABOUT JUST USE A LOT OF GEL AND SCRUNCH IT UP...THAT MIGHT WORK. BESIDES THAT I REALLY DUNNO.

I am a 14 year old male with almost full curls. Up until a few years ago I perfectly straight hair, like the rest of my family. Then, out of the blue, my hair turned wavy. Last year I had loose curls and now I have kind of loose curls. I love my curly hair. At first I hated it, but I came to the conclusion that I look good with the curls.
It is taking a long time for my hair to curl, and I want a Justin Timberlake mop top not quite fro. When he had the fro on the crown but the sides and back we`re all shaved. I don`t want a perm because the chemicals can damage your hair. Is there any other method to make curly hair curlier? Please help.
