Getting a nu cut or colour

Hi ppl!

I`ve had my hair relatively the same way for ages and i think its time 4 a change. I have thickish hair, hazel/green eyes, and oval face and my skin is quite pale. right now i have really long layers just 2 give shape to my hair which is about 10cm below my shoulders. my ears stick out a little, u can definately notice it, but i still wear my hair in pony tails n`stuff, just the short style wood look different with my ears than other ppls.
I`m thinking of going just long enough 2 do cute little pig tails and just short enough to do that really cute flicky thing.
I love kelly rowlands hair, especially the bits of colour shes got through it.
if i dont get my hair cut i want 2 get a bit of colour in it. i`m thinking a redish tinge.
