I want to relax my curly hair!

I have been thinking of having a hair relax, my hair is curly, with highlights, not bleached, I want to hear about some of you who already have had relaxed your hair and from all of you who can help me finding the best product. I would like to wash my hair and leave it naturally without thinking of hair dryings, bands, frizzy hair. I would like my hair to look and feel soft. What product do I have to buy? There are a lot in the market and I don't want to make a mistake buying the first bottle I find or hear about!!! Thanks a lot, Tati
