I live in Ottawa canada but I'm going to Florida in a few weeks, I was wondering if I should wait to cut my hair there, do they have better stylists then here?

I don't know if the stylists are better, but you may want to wait until you get here so you can see if the very high humidity causes your hair to require special proceedures(i.e. thinning) or products. I recently moved to FL from Ohio, and discovered my hair needed thinning here to tame it down.
