I have extremely fine, extremely long hair, and lots of it. I can't seem to get it to stay curled. Curls always seem to fall out only a few hours after I put them in. What kind of curler should I use to make them stay? Will a curler that works damage my hair?Many thanks to anyone who can offer a suggestion for me!- Kathleen

hey kat,what you need to do is to buy some rollers with a textured surface, like teeth. then before you roll your hair comb some gel or mousse (strong holding gel/mousse) throughout your hair, roll your hair, let dry (air or under dryer), style, then spray with your choice of strong hold hairspray. you can also follow this procedure with self-heating rollers. let me know if this helps!-defgo
