Short blonde hair?

Hey. I've got short, fine, blonde hair cut in a bob w/some stacking. I'm tired of it always looking the same way. I've tried flipping it out, curling it w/the small curling iron(looks really bad) and even putting it up in little buns all over my head before I go to bed (which results in tight waves all over, kind of cute). Is there anything I can do which might actually look decent?! I'm about to go crazy to do something new.I've also got a question about temporary hair dye. I want to dye my hair red for halloween.
