I'm thinking of highlighting/coloring my winter dark blonde hair. However, I'm an avid golfer come the springtime. Any suggestions about what I should/shouldn't do to my hair (allover color - yes/no, foil highlight (yes/no) and any precautions I should take would be really appreciated. Thanks! Jeanie

Thanks!> JeanieIf you can be comitted to 4-5 week touchups then have your stylist professionally color it if you do not want the comittment then go for hilites. Touch ups for hilites only need to be done about every 3 months. You and your stylist can pick a color suitable for your lifestyle and skin tone. What a great way to have a fresh new look!!
