> Hi, Chubbie! It may just be time to color your hair if you want to do that or perhaps a color-enhancing shampoo.I have also read about a combination of B Vitamins and co-factors which can help to alleviate the greying process. I think it's PABA, Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B-5) and something else which I can't remember, maybe Biotin. I read about it in a book recently re the discussion of B Vitamins. Sudden greying can be the result of a lack of these nutrients in some people. For others, the combination just works to at least stem the tide of those grey hairs.Aubrey Hampton of Aubrey Organics has a book which he has written on natural skin and hair care. In his book, he mentions a well-known actor who was in his 70's who used the doses of B Vitamins and co-factors to prevent grey hair. They had to actually dye his hair grey for certain parts. You might want to check that out.As an aside, if you are under a lot of stress, it might be helpful generally to take a vitamin B-Complex supplement on a daily basis. I swear by it. I've been taking one for years now. They really help you to feel balanced under stressful situations, including just ordinary living:) Start with 50mg per day, and increase to 100mg after you see how your body feels. The supplement is water-soluble, so no worries about getting toxic. Also, the supplement is great for the overall condition of your hair. It encourages growth and strength.I am in my 20's too, so I think I have some idea of how you might feel about seeing all those greys. My grandmother was totally grey by the time she was 19. I had a girlfriend in college who literally went totally grey in her senior year. She ran to have her hair colored which is totally understandable. On her, the grey just looked strange. Her hair was dark brown to black. My grandmother's hair was platinum blonde, so she didn't have that far to go:) At any rate, she didn't relish it either. Believe me, I've gone past her in a few years and I keep a steady watch:)One thing positive with which I will leave you is this: Be glad that your hair is not falling out. There are many men in their twenties who have little or no hair. All the Best,Jade21I am in my late twenties but i have already had so> much grey hair on me. It can be partially due to genes> but also to my strssful job. Is there any way to get> rid of them ?> Chubbie
