Styling products will make it stick a little more to the roller also. I generally don't have any problems with Velcro and my hair is straight and fine like yours. Velcro is great when used just right, but its tendency to rip out my hair led me to using steam rollers instead. Good luck! Kelly F.

I purchased some velcro rollers from Sally's, and I have not had a bit of trouble with them. My hair is collar length, however. Yours may be much longer. There was a small instruction pamphlet in the package that suggested using hairspray or setting lotion or another type of styling solution to keep the hair from sticking. I've used mine only on dry hair, and that may be the difference. I love the volume!
Please help!I recently got a new haircut. My stylist used Velcro Rollers after blowdrying my hair. Problem -- Every time I tried using the rollers, my hair tangled and I pulled out the curl as I unwound the roller. Do I need to use a styling product to get tangle free setting? My hair is straight and fine.
