Your hair shatf has a certin shape that determines the teture of the hair. Actualy its the shape of the whole that the hair comes out of. (Im sorry I have forgoten the correct terms. Beauty school was eons ago.) So the combing out side shouldnt affect the natural process.Happy Healthy Hair !Diane K.

Hi,It can take a couple of years before a babies hair transitions to the type of hair that they will have for life. My 19 month old's hair is still short and thin. In the back where the hair is longest it sometimes curls. Does this mean she will have curly hair? Is there any special way to comb/brush her hair? My mom said if I brush/comb her hair down any chance of curl will be lost. Is this true?Thank you for any help/advice
