HI :)I LIKE TO PUT MY HAIR UP IN A PONYTAIL AND GEL IT DOWN SO THAT IT LOOKS WET AND IT STAYS FIRM AND HELD DOWN THROUGHOUT THE DAY.THE ONLY THING IS THAT I LOVE THE WET LOOK BUT MOST OF THE GELS JUST ONLY KEEP THAT LOOK FOR A LITTLE WHILE. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY PRODUCTS THAT WILL KEEP THE WET LOOK ALL DAY LONG AND ALONG WITH IT, HOLD MY HAIR STRAIGHT INTO MY PONYTAIL? I ALONG WITH MY BROTHER WOULD PREFER STORE BRANDS BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEAPER.
hi kaila - years ago when i had a very short crop, i used to like to wear the wet look and had similar problems with finding a suitable gel. i did find a drug store brand that did an excellent job of looking "wet" all day. it was called SAMY's gold (the gel is gold colored wet, but does not change your hair color). i don't know how available it is, i used to have to go to a specific chain of drug stores to get it. but it worked really well and would keep my hair straight, spiked or defined all day. one final note- since i had very short hair at the time, i was not concerned with the ingredients in my hair products, hair never grew long enough to show any damage, so you might want to check out the label before you buy this product.good luckjj
