Help!! I normally have my hair bleached and toned to a nice champagne blonde color. My natural color is a dishwater blonde. I saw a new stylist this time and she toned me too light. I went back in to have her tone it again to a darker blonde and now I am brown with green undertones. I don't know what to do. It is such a horrible color. Can I bleach it againg and go back to my original stylist? Do I ask for my money back? I'm at a loss. Please help.ThanksSandra

Please use Redken Shades EQ to 'repair' the color/damages done by coloring back to your desired shades with great conditioning.william
