Hi,I'm a teenager but ant to know all age groups opinion. I ned a new haircut!!!!! I have long blond hair, a couple inches past my shoulder. it is blond and straight, fine and limp. I want a haircut no shorter than halfway between my chin and my shoulders. i want the cut to make it look fuller. i don'twant feathered, bangs or perm. Please help me! I'm desperate!-savanna
