Potion No. 9?

Hi! I have long medium-coarse hair. It is in pretty good shape. I usually use Thermasilk mousse before I (sigh) blow Dry my hair and then curl the ends. The mousse does a pretty good job protecting but has a tendency to dull my hair. I also have been using Aussie 3 min. Miracle Conditioner that has work wonders the past 3 years. However, they have changed the formula or something and it has stopped leaving my hair soft. I have heard so many good things about Potion No. 9. Is Potion no. 9 is great leave in conditioner but also a thermal protection? Any conditioner suggestions? Thank you!
