It is easy and there are many ways to do this.

You can buy the soft hotdog rollers at any beauty supply store and then use them to roll about 1-1/2 inch sections of damp hair. Sit under hair dryer or let airdry.

You can also use drinking straws or tongue depressors to get the same effect. The key is to use something long in length to give a uniform curl. Make sure to section the hair in the same thickness for each section.

For long lasting curls be sure to use a good setting gel first.
