Hello,
I've been searching for a shampoo and conditioner that will provide volume and shine to my fine yet abundant lightened hair. Because it is chemically-treated, it's somewhat dry, but due to it being also fine, it gets weighed down very easily. It seems I've tried just about everything out there!
Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate any help you can give. blondie
