spiking hairstyle

hi i'm new here. and i was wondering if anyone know where i can find a good reference picture of a short haired asian girl with spiking hair at the back of her head? i think some of you know what i'm talking about. if not, the style i'm looking for is that the bangs are kind of long but the back of the head, the hair is fairly short that it is spikeable.

i've been meaning to get this kind of hairstyle for awhile, i've asked my stylist to make the hair on the back of my head short enough that i can spike it but i never got it right is it was still a little too long.

also, what kind of hair styling product one must use to keep a hairstyle like that spiked? pomade, wax, or gel?

please help, reference is greatly appreciated.
