My hair grows normally towards the front, but mainly on the sides, they grow out around a 70/80 degree ange from the side of my head.

I want them to grow down, will relaxers make them grow down and not sideways?

if you want your hair to grow down, just let it grow out a bit. you hair will grow down when it is like 5 inches or more. it takes patience but its wort while. Yes it seem relaxing the hair seems to make stiff asian hair softer so it will lie down.
