There's also a place called Wigs and Plus, (212) 675-4129/ 49 West 14th St. If it's the store I think it is (I may have been there before, but I can't quite remember), they have some BSS brands and synth, but not a whole lot.
Maybe a bit late for a reply but i'd suggest you make your own by buying toupee/wig clips and a weft/bulk of yaki hair and sewing the hair onto the clips...thus giving you cheap clip ins.
It doesn't have to be natural to be fabulous!!!/
