OOPPS.....just reaslized after I booked it, it's my hubby's B'day that day!! Was going to change to the 4th, but he said he thinks I should go Sunday 3rd. Monday is normally a busy vet day for us spaying/neutering ferals. So Yeah, I will still be going on the 3rd. It will definitely be the 2.30 - 7pm class (she told me 2.30p.m start, but will double check that) as we go to bed very late. See You there Metalgirl!!

Save a Stray:

I signed up for the afternoon class on April 3rd:

I think it's 2pm-7pm.

I know you are a night owl, so did you sign up for that one too?

Well, someone did say the Stargazer was crap now--that it used to be good and now it's not. But I also distinctly remember someone on Quinn's (it may not have been Emmeline though) saying that the longer-length Prostyles wasn't as good as the standard-length stuff.

The conversation was actually about PlastikHaar, and the poster was saying she thought PH was comparable in quality to the longer-length Prostyles, rather than the standard-length stuff. Nevertheless, I haven't noticed a difference between Dome and PH--they seem like the same to quality me. :)

Metalgirl~I also signed up for the April 3rd Prostyles course!! I am very interested to see the size of the heat seals. It's great, we don't need two extra arms!!

ShockinPinkPetals~ I think your hair looks really good!! Glad you posted your pic. That's what made me finally decide to take the course when I saw your hair. Thanks

Very odd, isn't it? But I distinctly remember Emmeline May (I think :) )saying that there were two types of ProStyles (quality-wise): the wavy top-quality stuff (which she thought was Dome, or salon, quality); and the extra-length and straight ProStyles, which were slightly less high-quality (she also said PH fell into this category, but honestly, I haven't noticed a difference between the Dome and the PH).

:)

So the longer-length Prostyles is lower quality than the regular? That still kinda sucks...shouldn't it be the same hair?

When are you going, by the way?

Jenny, I contacted Bridget and a friend of mine and I are clearing our schedules to go up to Seattle. Those heat-sealed extensions are the freaking bomb. Only $138 round trip for us. Mwahahahaha!

Great news, MetalGirl! I can't wait to hear how it goes.

I think Boogiemama uses Prostyles, and her gallery is just gorgeous. :)

I just signed up to take the Prostyles class that is going to be held in Los Angeles on April 3rd. The class is only $99, which is a bargain for extension classes. The tool kit costs $579, and can be purchased at the time of the class.

Interesting. I've heard that before--that the long lengths aren't the same quality as the shorter ProStyles. I'm glad it all worked out, though. :)

Ok so I posted a thread a few weeks back complaining about the prostyle extensions I had instaled saying that the hair tangled alot etc etc, I've realised that I ordered the extra length hair which isn't as good quality but received the normal length and had them installed yestarday and they are holding up much better....my opoligies.
