I use baby oil. It's cheap .  I'm new to using waterproof products so this is the only thing I've tried and have had good results.

I'd have to say that Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover works the best. A very tiny amount will get everything off!

I use 'Ponds makeup removal towelettes' they work like a charm and only cost 1$ at Target!

I also use baby oil or vaseline.

The best eye-makeup remover I've used was by Lancome.

I Love Love Love the Lancome Bi-facil. But I can't afford it anymore so I started using the Loreal version which is just as good. I'm looking for a non oily one cuz I read somewhere that like 50% of eye lid surgery comes as a result of years of using oil to remove eye makeup.

Mary Kay's Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover is the nice make up remover. It removes the all make up from the eyes.
