hey what type of hair cut i should get

over where i live in manhattan new york i live in the hispanic dominican section im dominican myself around here we have numbers for haircuts like a 1 is really low almost bald a 1.5 is a lil bit more a 2 is lil bit longer and so on which should i get cuz around here they dont know about dark cesar or watever that is and right now i have like 3 or 4 weeks without geting a cut and i today is my 9th day trying to get waves i see some cominig out on the side but nuttin really big when should i get a cut

i sed around where i live they dont know wat is that they know by numbers
