Does anyone know a good lotion or treatment for Keratosis Pilaris? (KP)

where do you have the keratosis pilaris? I have it on my legs and on the backs of my arms. For me, it always gets less severe in the summer- i think that has to do with it being warm and my skin gets moisturized from sweating and stuff. Anyways- here are all the things i've heard to try and minimize it(some of the things i've tried and some i haven't):
gentle exfoliating scrub
thick moisturization
lavendar essential oil
aloe vera gel
glycolic acid moisturizer

For me, the gentle exfoliation and moisturizing had helped a little, but i switched to a body wash with lavendar essential oil in it and that helped the most.
