there are so many out there. which one should I start using. What foods or vitamins or fruit or anything should I start taking on a regular bases to help My skin

Not all skin products are good for your face. You have to go look and use the ones that work for you. No one can tell you which one is best for your skin.

1) drink plenty of water 8 to 10 glasses of water a day

2) eat healthier...cut down on greasey food not just for your skin but for your heart and all body functions

3) exercise

what goes in your body must come out and if it find its ways through forming pimples than that is how it is going to do it!

Yes, I believe in inner and outer skin care!

Hi I’m 38 years old and refuse to go into my 40’s with bad skin. I found this product on-line called Naturally Clear an Aloe Vera skin care product that works!http://www.naturallyclear.com.

I been to the doctors nothing cleared up my pimples or my blemishes. This product is two steps facial cleaning and skin care vitamins. I’ve seen results in 2 weeks, it's going on 3 months now.
