I have a question regarding accutane and black skin. I have dark skin myself and accutane was very effective in fading my old acne scars. I'm wondering if it would have as good of an effect in black skin because i have a friend that is considering going on it to treat her old acne scars. If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks
