First of all preventing scars is better than curing. First of all keep all wounds clean. Apply  first-aid antibiotic cream to prevent infections.
Also keep your skin clean and moisturized so that healing process will speed up.

Hi Nowaves,

I understand your problem. Really scars look very bad, but you don't need to be worry about them. Dermal filler is the most advance skin treatment for scars and marks. Dermal fillers cover all types of skin blemishes like scars, cuts, red marks and wrinkles, etc. This dermal filler is very easy to use. You can use it with or without make-up. It makes your skin more smooth and natural than ever before.

You should apply Vitamin E directly onto the healing tissue for skin regeneration.Drinking plenty of water helps skin to be properly hydrated both from inside to outside and also helps to remove toxins from the body.

If you want to know how to remove acne scars at home then try lemon juice. Lemon juice naturally bleaches the skin, thereby lightening the acne scars. After application of lemon juice, leave it on for about fifteen minutes, so that it gets completely absorbed in the skin. Wash the area with warm water and then pat dry. Repeat this procedure on alternate days. If you have really sensitive skin, be very careful when applying lemon juice. You may use a moisturizer after applying lemon juice to soothe and moisturize your skin.

When you drink water, you will moisten your body. When your body is well hydrated with water, dead skin cells will be reduce off quickly and healthier new skin cells will then grow and change the damaged skin faster.

It depends on the type of scarring you have but there are a number of ways to treat scarring.
One of the more effective treatments is dermaroller.

Other treatments like skin peels can be effective.

Wrinkles, scars and even heavier expression lines can be improved with filling agents like botox etc.

There are many kinds of scars, so I suggest that you consult your dermatologist.
