what yall think?

i mave some blemishes on my forhead (i think mostly from wearing a football helmet for a hour a day) but i also have light red bumps on my cheeks. i wash my face 2x a day and use an acne treatment from clearasil but i went out today and bought Phisoderm Clear Confidence Self Heating Daily Scrub. anybody tried this? and can somebody tell me if using a scrub/exfoliater is a good idea
