Hi on my face, I seem to have oily skin on the top half (top part of nose, eyebrows, and nose and around the eyes) but pretty dry skin on the cheecks and bottom. I was wondering what I should do? THe parts that are oily are also bumpy (what does that mean?) Thanks!
