I love sebastian slipliners but it get can kind of expensive so I was wondering what "over the counter" shampoos and conditioners were good for hair. I've heard that Pantene is horrible for hair and I've heard that Herbal Essense is great for hair. Any comments or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated! :-)
