When I kept my hair the light, I would just color the re-growth, NEVER the rest of my hair. ALso I would use good products and a leave in conditioner.

my hair is naturally dark blonde, but I keep my hair a lighter blonde. platinum, really. anyway... my hair is really damaged. it`s always dry and really terrible looking. I just want SHINY and SOFT hair that`s thick and healthy. a lot of celebrities (Gwen Stefani, for example) have platinum hair that is still healthy and shiny. does anyone know the celebrity secret to nice looking platinum hair? thanks a bunch! :)
