Gord, She let it go after she was off the show. If you look up her on Google and look at many different pics you will find some with her long hair looking nice and some where you can tell she had not trimed it in a very long time. Just because you love long hair doesn't mean that long hair can never look bad, as same goes with short hair.

A sha-bob. What an absolutely brilliant play on words. Lol.
Okay, let me get this straight - the hairstyle stays with her right to the end of the episode, and in the next episode, it's like it never happened, right? If so, it's just like in "Looney Tunes", I guess! :)
Oh, Portgirl, love the chihuahua.

To bad it wasn't a real haircut, she would of looked hot after they fixed it. Rachel did cut her hair last year I think to shoulder lenght and even colored it red at one point. She looked very sexy with the shoulder lenght red hair. She had super long hair before that but didn't trim it and it looked very bad, she might of got the shorter lenght to correct the not getting trims causing her to have sever split ends. The hair did not look healthly at all jsut before she cut it to shoulders.
Yeah, too bad. Gosh Rachel Blanchard had ugly hair. I don't know she got all the parts she got or how she lasted on that show so long with such ugly hair. Puh-lease! This actress is custom made from head to toe... yes, including the head.

The episode shows cher going to a star hairdresser after her old hairdresser decides that her future lies in the world of the colourist. The star hairdresser decides to give her a sha-bob, which is a cross between a shag and a bob, but actually ends up looking like a cruelly curled under wavy bowlcut with short fringe. There is no dramatic haircutting, only trimming of the long blonde hair, and the stylist putting mouse in her hair and drying it. cher is horrified and spends the whole show trying to correct it, but other hairdressers wont touch it because it is the star hairdressers work. in the end the boy she likes likes her for what she is, and looks beyond the hair ahhh. thats nice :)
Well, in that Episode Cher (played by Rachel Blanchard) goes to a Star-Hairdresser, but he just totally messes up her hair (fortunately a wig).
Basically as far as i can remember, they don“t show the cut at all and the whole story in that episode is about herself not feeling well with that bad haircut.

I've never seen the TV series "Clueless", which was a spinoff from the popular movie with Alicia Silverstone, but there is something I've been wanting to know about it fo almost 5 years.
I think it was October 1998. I was watching TV and on came a commercial for the series. It showed Cher (not Alicia any more) apparently trying to frantically salvage a bad haircut (I think it was a super blunt bob with bangs). Later, on <>, I found out that there was an episode called "Do We with Bad Haircuts not Feel?" Can someone tell me in detail what happened in the episode, how Cher got to get the haircut and how the show ended (I'd think they'd need to find a solution for the next episode. Did she get extensions or something to "fix" the haircut?)
