Halle Berry promises never to cut again

Not good news, that's for sure!

YES YES YES ITS REALLY AWESOME!!!! that Halle Barry is going back to long hair again and she will look great with long hair instead of short or really short hair which is very boring and average looking

I don't think it's a short hair fetish thing with Halle. She looks great with it long, of course, but with her face, her neck and even her shoulders she looks better with it short. (Please note that it's possible for someone to look good both ways, and still look better yet in one of them.) The shorter lengths highlight those features more, while the long hair, except when pulled back, tends to hide and overwhelm them.

Of course, I've made no secret of the fact that I think the Swordfish look was her best ever... after that, I take her look in 'The Program' (long, straight), then her very short look and then her long ringlets.

Just one man's opinion, though.

Well I hope it's nother case of short hair bites the dust. If not then the dark side ot the light side won again. It's all if the glass is half full or half empty. LOL.

I think her statement was more of an expression of how mcuh she liked her new look rather than a life long vow.

This is about the seventh time you have told us now that you find Halle Berry not very attractive. Every time her name comes up on a thread you seem to have a need to let us know that.
Other than the fact that you are probably the only man on earth that finds Halle "ordinary" or not very attractive, your continual repeating of this statement is getting redundant.
You have also let us know on a number of occasions that you don't care for short hair on women.
That's fine to have your opinion,, but try taking the positive once in a while. Instead of being critical of hairstyles you don't like, try praising hairstyles that you do like.
That's what most of us try and do here. Try being a little less negative. It would be appreciated.

Back to the topic:
The reason some people are not particullarily thrilled with Halle growing out her hair is, as someone mentioned, she has unusually nice facial features, head shape, neck, etc. that goes particullarily well with ultra-short hair.

*shrugs* I feel I show a more balanced viewpoint than many people on these boards, as I have no problem complimenting short- or long-haired women, if I think they deserve it. And since I don't like people who enter a topic for no other reason than to hate on someone, I refrain from commenting on discussions for celebs I really dislike or have nothing kind to say about. So even the people I give criticism or advice for improvement on, you can be assured I do like or care about on some level. That's more than can be said for some other posters here.
It's likely the reason I get so many insults is because I have such a playful way of speaking sometimes. I attract more attention by saying I want to send Halle a shining crystal to drive the darkness out, than I would if I just said "I don't like her in long hair. I really wish she would reconsider." But I prefer to be fun and creative rather than boring and straightforward with comments, so if that preference buys me a few detractors here and there, so be it.

Well, as you may have noticed, this was reported by the ever reliable Star magazine, so I'd say take it with a grain of salt. Especially since on of the films in Halle's pipeline is "Nappily Ever After" (based on one of Halle's favorite books), about a woman who cuts her long, processed hair short and the ramifications there of in her life, relationships, etc.

So, if Halle does indeed star as Venus in that film and in the unlikely case that the Star is correct, we could be treated to the irony of Halle wearing a SHORT hair wig for the part.
