I just cut my hiar short, but the natural curl seems to be tired, so I get weak, limp curls rather than lovely uptight ringlets. Can anybody suggest a product to use so I dont have to resort to damaging curling irons and hot rollers?

Girl I know what you mean. Even though my hair is long, sometimes my curls get loose and limp. You should try
S-Curl. It works really good on my hair. If that doesn`t work then you should try a different kind of curl activator and maybe use a deep conditioner
