I have chin lenght, fine curly hair. I have tried so many products, but have yet to fine the perfect one. I live in the deep south and have to fight humidity daily. My curls get very tight in the humidity. I am currently using Scruples products. Can anyone please recommend something to define the curl and control the frizzies?
