I have really bad split ends and everytime I ask someone about them they always tell me to cut my hair...well I have cut my hair many times, but I think that to get rid of all of them I would have to shave my whole head!!!! Do any of you know a product or anything I could drink or eat that would help me out?!? )I don't straighten my hair or blow-dry it and I've never permed it)
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

Well, maybe you should try deep conditioning weekly for 30 mins with your favorite cream conditioner, a thin , clear plastic cap and a heating cap or hooded dryer. Also check for split ends daily or weekly and trim each end individually with a pair of sharp proffessional shears.

Condition daily, shampoo weekly and moisturize daily (with either leave-in conditioner or a good moisturizer). Another tip, you can add a little essential oil to your conditioner and this helps too(oils such as jojoba, coconut, carrot and olive work nicely).

I hope this helps.

I think it could also be what you eat. ... Make sure you're getting all your food groups, drinking lots of water, and taking a multivitamin.

CaramelDiva mentioned essential oils, which are wonderful for aromatherapy. ..Lavender, sandalwood, peppermint, and even tea tree oil is great if you don't mind the smell. Some are supposed to have an effect on hair health. You'd only add a few drops.

Adding carrier oils like jojoba and coconut is some great advice there... I would definitely be adding those, and even using them straight on my hair pre-wash. I lurrrrve jojoba...

Also avoid blow drying your hair to much. If you must use it, use a heat protecting product
