You posted on a different board that your hair is curly and frizzy. Dryness you can do something about, but shaving your hair will just make it really short. And when it grows in, if you haven't done anything else different, it will still grow in dry, curly, and frizzy.
How long is your hair? If it's long enough, you can try a straightening iron or try to get it relaxed (though this may wreck your hair).
Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?
