Sulfur 8 is my fav.
yeah call me crazy, but i kinda like the smell of sulfur 8 for some reason!
but as far as greases to use, i like "don't be bald" grease because i got some good growth from it, and i like Blue Magic grease too. My grandmother and sister uses the latter one. I, however, just use oils now since i banned petroleum and mineral oil from my hair last year.
this thread was dug up from way back when!!! hey pocahontas, this thread was started back in 2002 so i dont think you'll have any reply from mrs delacruz!!
back to the subject i dont use them but i like the smell of those blue magic greases, and those other greases that come in different colours in the flat cone shape jars- the jars used to be glass but they now put them in plastic ones, i forget the name though but they're nice to smell. reminds me of childhood!!!

KristiKris72-I no longer use hair grease, it seemed to dry it out more. I have been using a mixture of oils. Extra virgin olive oil, jajoba oil, t-tree oil and almond oil. I put these oils in a small bottle and apply them when I wrap my hair before I go to bed. Try using a silk scarf or a silk pillow case, cotton tends to take the oils out of your hair and that can cause it to become brittle.
MM,Yes it's called Professional,Shine Pomade Ultra-Hold, it is in the "white" hair product section @ Wal-Mart.The container is clear and small like hair grease containers and it is wrapped in a brown or tan box.No, it doesnt dry your hair out or make it hard, it just helps your hair hold and at the same time look soft and keeps it shiny. Be sure not to use too much, it is thick.
I don't use hair grease it weighs my hair down. When I want to do the feathered look I use a pomade called Professional. I use Parnevu T-Tree Oil or Pantene Pro-V For Women of Color Oil Moisturizer.
