i would recommend doing a preshampoo treatment of warm olive oil then shampooing and detangling. Then a deep conditioning using a plastic cap/hooded dryer or heating cap and queen helene or lekair cholesterol treatment. Then followup with your favorite leave-in conditioner(infusium 23). Hope this helps. You could try an ACV Rinse as your final rinse before deep conditioning as well if you have a tangling issue.
