Micros or Invisible Braids

I have a question... i am interested in getting braids but i am not sure if i should get micros or invisible braids. the look that i am trying to go for is like Beyonce' of Destiny's Child once had. I have been doing alot of research but i am still not sure on which choice i should make. Which one is more healthier for m hair? I have medium length hair, naturally and i wanted to get the look of extensions. i have friends who have micros and i just dont like the "fully braided" look that they have. what i'd like to have is where my hair is braided but no more that 2inches from the roots. WHICH ONE WOULD BE BETTER FOR ME TO GET?????????

I have trouble keeping the braids from unraveling so I'm gonna try these pinch braids.  My hair breaks easily so I only braid the top of my head and my sides.  I weave a weft on the rest of my head.  That way my hair doesn't get damaged by the little braids.  You can't even tell that my whole head is not in braids.  I find it easier and healthier.
