I've only been on HF37 for a short time and I think my hair has grown some but I don't know for sure because I don't measure. I have short wavy hair and it's hard to tell, but it seems like it's flipping up more. I dunno, maybe it's wishfull thinking, I'm so eager to have it long again. If anyone else is on it, post a message K? A lot of us want to know how you're doing with it. Is it helping or what? Thanks, Christina
hi i've been using HF37 since last July. Previously my hair would only grow a meager 1/4 " per month. Now it's more like 1/2 inch per month--sometimes a little more. I take my vitamins religiously and try to follow a good diet with adequate protein (since I'm vegetarian, this means I try to eat tofu, eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt and sometimes fish). I believe regular exercise is also beneficial.
Please keep in mind that some people have results right away with HF37, while others must wait longer (a month or two). So give it some time before you make your conclusions.
good luck :) silvie

actually I measured my bangs today and they've grown an inch in a month. i don't know how fast it usually grows because this is the first time i ever measured them but I had them cut above my eyebrows and now they're right under my eyes. I'll measure next month to see what's really going on. christina
Actually, Chistina. an inch in a montyh is double the average hair-growth rate. If your hair has never grown that fast before, you are making good progress.
Brian.
