Questions for everyone!

Hi,
I just started taking H37 about a week and a half ago. Im really excited to see if it works, so I am anxiously awaiting some great results (I hope). But anyway, has anyone on this board had any great results, or lack of that you can tell me about....Im curious to see the different experiences people have with these vitamins. And also,I was just wondering about the dosage for step two. If I am taking 4 as opposed to 6, does that make a big difference. I also have been taking them all at once- is that minimizing my results??? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks....
