hi, i am taking 1 of step1, and 4 of step2, i am seeing results in my hair growth and am happy with them started about 2months ago. I smoke alot and was wondering if i need more of one of the steps? I am going to order the booster today will this help?

Smoking can definately have an effect on H37's ability to gorw hair. Try the recommended dosage of 2 Step 1 and 6 Step 2 per day.
