I heard that 400 mcg is a recommended for growth, however over 400 mcg such as 1,000 mcg and more would work better. The more biotin you take the better it works for your hair.

How about you try Country life Biotin 5mg it is a good biotin or try the 1000 mcg one. Also try a hair vitamin that contains 1,000-3,000mcg like Maxi Hair or Vital Great Hair. Hope this helps.

does anyone know of a vitamin that i can buy that is only 100% of the daily requirements for biotin. Every vitamin i find has other vitamins and minerals in it. All i need is biotin.
