Update:

Well, it's been not quite a month now and I've been taking Cod Liver Oil tablets 3 times a day. I think it IS helping my hair grow faster. A half-inch in 3 weeks. Which is probably average, but my hair used to grow slower-than-average.

I was just at GNC today and bought 'Triple Cod Liver Oil' which has 3x the Omega-3 fatty acids than regular Cod Liver Oil. I also bought Ultra Nourishair, so from now on I won't be able to report on the merits of Cod Liver Oil alone.

I also started taking Centrum Performance last week. I'm just a petrie dish of vitamin goodness. Hope it results in strong, fast-growing beautiful hair!

I'm very hopeful, but skeptical at the same time. If I don't notice significant improvement in a few months, I'll probably save my money.

i have a close friend that SWEARS by cod liver oil ... they work
wonders for her but i was never consistent enough in taking them.
they are excellent for your hair and skin. it's been awhile since i've
used them but i should go and get some more and be faithful in taking
them this time. it is GOOD STUFF.

My hair dresser suggested I start taking Cod Liver Oil tablets to help my hair grow stronger. I'm not sure if it's supposed to make it grow faster as well... I wish!

The good news about Cod Liver Oil tablets is that they are cheap! Only $5 for a month's supply. I know some can be as much as $40 or $50 a month.

Anyway, I've been taking them for about a week now. Three times a day! (as the label suggests) Too soon to tell how it works.

I was wondering if anyone else takes/took Cod Liver Oil and what were your results? Am I wasting my time?
