Hey
I know most of you seem to use Hairtopia, Viviscal, or HF37. Ive looked around for these and to be quite honest found the price a li'l steep. Is there something else i could use that will work just as well? Thanks for the Imput...

I used to take HF 37, and viviscal. I liked them both, but stopped buying them because of the price. I now take one multivitamin, 1000 mg MSM, Cod liver oil, 1000 mcg Biotin, and 500 mg Silica everyday. I know that it's made a difference in my hair, because now I get about 3/4 inch a month (I colored my hair about a month ago, and can see the new growth).
I'm tired of all this nonsense about
beauty being only skindeep. That's
deep enough. What do you want, an
adorable pancreas? Jean Kerr

One thing to keep in mind, especially with the H37 and the HairTopia products is that the formulas are very complex and includes lots of stuff that you don't get with a simple complex vitamin. Both H37 and HairTopia include a Vitamin & Mineral formula and they they also include a complex formula of amino acids and a herbal component. You are getting about 3-4 times the vitamins, aminos and minerals that you would get in a simple complex vitamin. Thus the cost if going to be 3-4 times higher. I used to work in a health food store and it really is true that you get what you pay for with these types of things.

If your budget is tight focus only on buying a complex vitamin but be award that it will not specifically help your hair although a good complex will provide some assistance overall to your health which ultimately impacts your ability to grow hair.

Viviscal and similar products are higher because they are harvested from marine products and they are imported from Europe. Right there it makes them higher.

Again, you get what you pay for no matter what you are buying.
