Is it safer on hair to blow dry using cool air rather than hot air? Will using cooler air make my hair less poofy?

I don't know about poofy, but cool air is DEFINITELY safer for hair. Heat takes away moisture, and makes hair proteins warp, and over time the hairs won't dry evenly (causes frizz)

Bubble hair is hair that is damaged by [high heat] blowdryers etc.,it looks like tiny bead near the hair's end the hair will later split.
