It has a heat clamp for $79 and shrinkies for $7.99 for 100 i figured that is pretty good..has anyone tried them?
Dr. Locks is still cheaper in the long run. Their shrinkies are 6 cents
each. But if you want to just test them to see if you like the concept
of shrinkies, I'd do the $7.99 for starters.
Without adhesive, they won't hold. They'll just slip right out of the hair.
Yes, I can carry black with adhesive. As soon as the shop opens, I'll call and see if they have any spools. I can't order sections, they have to be spools. If they don't have 'em, I'll special order it. I hope to make the shrinkie site carry everything possible for heat shrink application so let me know all the ideas!
Oh, wow--I didn't realize IW's shrinkies had no adhesive. I've heard of
several people trying the nonadhesive ones, and they all said they
didn't work. But maybe you can add your own adhesive, Marie.
Did anyone notice that they recommend you splice the shirnkie down the middle to remove it? I've never heard of that before!
Removal is easy!:Simply cut the ring down the middle! ...extremely thin and we use no
glue inside- it heats up instantly with the fusion iron, and
immediately shrinks. No extra glue needed, and they easily can be
sliced up the middle to remove them!
I did see that. I cut one of mine out with little sewing sisors when I didnt have acsess to heat apliance. But I think reheating is bestNesacery when there is adhesiv. Amm I cant wait to try yours!!!I have a feeling that these I just ordered will suck!!!
Has somebody on here actually tried the non adhesive and know they just slip out? I've talked with a lady from WA. that only uses the non adhesive. I want more info, but not hear say. I didn't want to use the ones with adhesive because of the removal process. Seems like you may as well use great lengths or soCap fusion methods??? HELP....I want to make an order asap.

Lots of people have tried them on here.i have only used the kind with glue. They really arent like fusion IMO.These you just heat back up and slide out.You are left with a fraction of glue you would have fusion. If you are looking for less mess and heat the silicone microrings would be good. They dont shear the hair off like the original microrings and eurolocs.Shrinkies really are great though.I dont do them anymore for the shear fact that it takes too long to do my own head.
