I am going to use "Aphogee Treatment For Damaged Hair" for the first time. Some questions:

What are some tips or suggestions you have from your experience in using this that I need to do.

I also bought "Aphogee Intensive Keratin Reconstructor" should these be used together?

To be honest I am not even sure what the reconstructor will do.Thanks

just read the instructions thoroughly, they are helpful. make sure to deep condition well after.

dont mix the reconstructio, allt hat is is a mild protein while the other one is a heavy protein.

it can be very messy so have extra towels handy.

Here are the moisturizers I have that I can deep condition with:

Aussie  Moist conditioner

Elasta QP Intense Fortifying Hair Conditioner

NTM deep recovery hair mask

Which of these would you suggest i deep condition with after using the Aphogee treatment?

Hi,

I used the Reconstructor seperately but it thickens my hair so I don't use it anymore.  My hair is already too thick.  However, it may be helpful to someone with thin hair looking to acheive a fuller look.

I think it can make your hair break if you use it too much, or dont follow with a good moisturiser

I've found that the best thing to use after the AphoGhee treatment is the AphoGhee Balancing Moisturizer that they recommend you use immediately after the treatment. The process causes your hair to harden and if not properly replenished, can/will cause severe breakage! I use this every 6 weeks on my hair and have not had any problems with it. It has strengthened my hair tremendously. The Balancing moist. is to accompany the treatment because it puts the right amount of moisture back in the hair to stop breakage.  ~hth~

 I second BrownEyez recommendation.

I too have just purchased some ApHOGEE products: Treatment for Damaged Hair; Balancing Moisturizer; Intensive Keratin Reconstructor.

And according to the directions you must apply the Balancing Moisturizer after every Treatment to restore suppleness. HTH

when i bought mine, the balancing moisturiser came with it. its advisable to moisturise your hair really after the treatment. Hardcore protein treatments dont work for me cos i have fine hair strands so i just use keraphix weekly. if you have normal hair strands, you should be fine
