I used the Reconstructor seperately but it thickens my hair so I don't use it anymore. My hair is already too thick. However, it may be helpful to someone with thin hair looking to acheive a fuller look.

I've found that the best thing to use after the AphoGhee treatment is the AphoGheeBalancing Moisturizer that they recommend you use immediately after the treatment. The process causes your hair to harden and if not properly replenished, can/will cause severe breakage! I use this every 6 weeks on my hair and have not had any problems with it. It has strengthened my hair tremendously. The Balancing moist. is to accompany the treatment because it puts the right amount of moisture back in the hair to stop breakage. ~hth~

when i bought mine, the balancing moisturiser came with it. its advisable to moisturise your hair really after the treatment. Hardcore protein treatments dont work for me cos i have fine hair strands so i just use keraphix weekly. if you have normal hair strands, you should be fine
