How long ago did he use it? That doesn't matter because about a week or two after using it the activator won't work and he'll be stuck with straight hair. What he could do is work with that until it stops looking good and then cut it off... then he'll have to find a method on here that works best for him.

^lol.no.im a girl.i have long hair.but my brother has waves.he has a question to.
my brothers question:
he has deep waves, but its only like 5 of them on the top and side (like 5 circles) madd waves in the back like them other pics, lol. do the perms fade off eventually? and what would u suggest to get more waves or to have more complete circles?
