Hello, first i would like to said hi to everyone around here, im kinda news around here too . I have this problem hope someone could help me answer it, i was looking for kind of gel that could make this kind of look:

it look like they didn't use alot of get to make the hair look hard
instead it look kind of soft, i would really aprreciate someone could
